Under Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign, the Department of Post has announced the online sale of the National Flag through e-post office portal www.indiapost.gov.in. Through this new campaign, citizens of the country will be able to put up the tricolour flag in their homes from August 13 to August 15.
It has been written in an internal order of the Department of Post that under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, the tricolour flag will be sold through the ePostoffice portal. Customers will be able to place orders and make payments on this portal. The order also states that the delivery of the flag will be done through the nearest post office, where the flags will be available. It has also been said in this order that the sale of the national flag started on August 1.
The National Flag is being sold by the Department of Post from the top of the website. By clicking on this link, users will reach the epostoffice.gov.in website. Here the national flag is available for Rs.25. Users have to register before placing the order.
It has been written in the order received from the department that once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Once the payment is confirmed, free delivery of the flag will be done through the nearest post office.
