The makers of the film have issued an official statement regarding the release date. In the statement, it has been said that “Adipurush is not just a film, but a symbol of our devotion to Lord Shri Ram and commitment to our glorious history and culture. The people involved in the production of Aadipurush need to devote a little more time to give an amazing experience to the audience. Aadipurush will now be released on 16 June 2023. Controversy Since the Release of the Teaser
Let us inform that since the release of the teaser of the film ‘Adipurush’, the film is in constant controversy. There is still criticism about the VFX used in the teaser of the film. Along with this, there was also a controversy regarding the look of Saif Ali Khan and Lord Hanuman who became Ravana in the film. It is being said that both these looks are less like the characters of Ramayana. Not only this, the producer of the film Bhushan Kumar has asked the team of makers to make the scenes of the film more effective in the midst of these controversies. The producer mentioned that the film has been pushed forward by six months to “give the audience a complete visual experience”.
