The One Rank One Pension (OROP) scheme is a pension scheme for Indian Armed Forces personnel, which ensures that any soldier retiring in the same rank and with the same length of service receives the same pension, regardless of when they retired.

The OROP scheme was implemented in 2015 and since then, several revisions have been made to ensure that it keeps up with inflation. One such revision is the OROP Pension Table 2023. This blog post will provide an overview of this table and its associated arrears table.
