Among the distinguished panel of judges, we are privileged to have the reigning Miss Universe from the USA, R’Bonney Gabriel, as well as the esteemed Miss Universe 1973 from the Philippines, Margie Moran. Additionally, the 13th judge shall be determined through fan votes on the official Miss Universe Philippines app, truly showcasing the collective voice of the devoted audience.
