Minister for General Education and Labour V. Shivankutty said that the matter of increasing the prize money for the state school arts festival winners from next year is under active consideration. The Minister was inaugurating the welcome group formation meeting of the State School Arts Festival at the Tagore Centenary Hall in Kozhikode.
The Kerala School Kalolsavm is one most anticipated events for the students of Kerala. About 14,000 students from High School and Higher Secondary sections compete in various art competitions at the state level.
